Nolan Business Solutions has been providing bank reconciliation technology in North America for 17 years. The first sale in the USA was for a client in the horse racing industry that was struggling to reconcile their large volumes of cash transactions in excel. The original bank reconciliation tool from Nolan back then didn’t have a closing balance report and had limited grouping options. It has grown from a fairly basic reconcile tool to a highly sophisticated high-speed bank and credit card reconcile product with extensive reporting and matching capability. Initially the product was available only for clients on Dynamics GP. Now it is available for both Microsoft Dynamics GP users and NetSuite users. Both products are fully native within their ERP systems.
20 years ago companies were still reconciling banks once a month and it was part of their month end close process. Now reconciles are performed daily or weekly and no longer tie down accounting teams at month end.
